New Seabury | Frozen PondFells Pond

Fells Pond Village is a community of about 140 homes nestled around a beautiful fresh water pond. The village is highly wooded and borders portions of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge. The village is one of the six original communities of New Seabury and development began around 1966. There are only a small handful of undeveloped home sites left in the village, but there are several reserved areas that allow access to the pond and provide green belts between homes.

Fells Pond has always been a village with a great community spirit, and is well-known for its annual summer fling. The pond is the focal point of the village and residents are protective of its pristine waters.
