Frankie Drew - ARC Manager

Frankie Drew has worked at the ARC since May of 2004. For the year prior to that, she worked as the Office Manager for a local civil engineer who worked extensively for homeowners and contractors here in New Seabury. She has previous experience working with contractors as the Executive Administrator of the Home Builders Association of Baton Rouge, LA as well as over 10 years experience working in the legal field.

Frankie and her husband Doug have lived in Mashpee for over 16 years and have three beautiful children. The oldest, Phillip, was recently married and is a Plant Manager for Recycle Management Resources in Louisville, Kentucky. Christopher is working in Gilbert, Arizona and working on a satellite for Orbital. Katie is in her junior year studying Physical Therapy at the University of Tampa.

Bill Gillitt - Committee Member - Architect

Bill Gillitt, through his firm William Gillitt, Architect, Inc., practices architecture in Newton and on the Cape with a current emphasis on domestic and commercial architecture and planning. His experience includes city planning, urban design, facilities planning, landscape architecture and furniture design.

Jack Fitzsimmons - Committee Member

Jack has summered in New Seabury since 1969 and has been a permanent resident since 1990. He retired from Exxon in 1982 and then consulted for 11 years in the petroleum industry. Since then he has been retired and enjoying life. Jack has served on several committees including the Fells Pond Village committee and several nominating committees. He has been on the Mashpee Conservation Committee since 1992 and has served as chairman since 1994.
